Gene Noel Martin

Funeral services for Mr. Gene Noel Martin, age 86, of the Fellowship Community will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Allons, TN with burial in the Fellowship Cemetery where there will be a military service provided by the Honor Guard from the James T. Davis Memorial Post 5062 of the VFW in Livingston. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home. Mr. Martin passed away on June 16, 2014 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born June 24, 1927 in Overton County to the late Walter Welman & Cora Pierce Martin. He was a salesman for Simcox & Copeland Lumber Co. He was a member and Deacon of Fellowship Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII. He loved fishing, woodworking, the outdoors, and making his garden.
