Funeral services for Mrs. Olene Gore Ledbetter, age 76, of the Shiloh Community will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Bobby Gore officiating. Burial will be in the Gore Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. Mrs. Ledbetter passed from this life on Tuesday evening, August 16, 2016 in the comfort of her home. She was born April 5, 1940 in Overton County to the late Harve and Georgia (Gore) Gore. She was a host and cook for Upper Cumberland Vending & Catering. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of Christ. She loved her family and friends, gardening, and reading. She is survived by daughters & sons-in-law, Glenda and Phillip Vaught of Anderson, IN and Pixie & Mike Garrett of Livingston; sons & daughter-in-law, Johnny & Lisa Ledbetter of Alpine and Kenny Ledbetter of Hilham; brothers, Harold & Gail Gore, Howard Gore, Brent & Sada Gore, Bobby & Barbara Gore, and Bruce Gore, all of Hilham; sisters, Helen Fletcher of Allons, Junie & Leonard Richardson of Livingston, and Margaret Pennington of Allons; 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. ...[more]
