Funeral services for Mrs. Edith "Edie" Carol Flowers Sherrils, age 72, of Perry County, Georgia and formerly of Overton County will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2016 from the chapel of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Warner Robins, GA with Rev. Andrew Pickens officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery in Wilcox County, GA. The family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Sherrils passed from this life on Monday afternoon, September 26, 2016. She was born in Overton County on October 2, 1943 to the late Cecil & Florence Ledford Flowers. She was retired from Wells Fargo and worked for the Bank of Perry as a teller. Edith was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all.
