Arline is survived by her children, Joyce (Scott) Allard of Shawnee, KS, and David Lahue of Vinton; grandchildren, Lacey Kisling and Ben Lahue; sisters-in-law Agnes Whitney and Betty Lahue; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard, on December 9, 1980; her siblings: Earl, Marion and Claire Whitney, Donna Akin and Neva Hardy; and brothers- and sisters-in-law: Robert and Ann Lahue, Charles and Lois Lahue and Harley Lahue. A memorial fund has been established. Arline was a faithful servant of the Lord, a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many.
