Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Faye Bilbrey, age 75, of Livingston, will be conducted 10 a.m., Thursday, February 8, 2018 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Rev. Dee Wells will officiate. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday evening, February 7, 2018 from 5 until 9 p.m. Mrs. Joyce Faye Bilbrey passed from this life on Monday evening, February 5, 2018 from the Overton County Health & Rehab. She was born in Overton County on September 21, 1942 to the late Roy Lee & Jewel Amelia Flatt Ledbetter. Joyce was a member of the First Baptist Church of Livingston. She loved being outside in her yard, getting her hands dirty and working in her flowers and garden. Joyce had a green thumb for growing beautiful flowers and plants. She was always looking out for her friends and neighbors making sure everyone had a meal to eat. Joyce enjoyed traveling the country side with her best friend Richard Winton. She loved people and being with her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
