Carlos Ramirez Jr., 69, of San Angelo, TX, passed away on January 20, 2018 in his home. Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m Tuesday January 23rd 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m on Wednesday January 24th at St. Mary's Catholic Church under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Carlos Ramirez Jr. was born in San Angelo to Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Ramirez Sr. on May 15, 1948. He was married to Estela on April 17, 1970 in San Angelo. He served in the United States Army retiring in 1988 after 22 years of service. During his service, he was awarded a Silver and Bronze Star medal for valor. Upon retirement, he worked as a Master Control Operator (MCO) at KLST-TV for 15 years. His final employment was at Quicksand Golf Course for 5 years. He is survived by his spouse, Estela and his eldest daughter Annjeanette and her husband Alfredo Acosta, their 2 sons Antonio and Adam of San Antonio. His youngest daughter Carla and her husband Johnny Trevino, their 2 daughters Madeline and Cassandra LeAnn and her significant other Jeremy Ramirez, along with their daughter Adaleena Ramirez.
