Sherrie Ann Krenzke

St. Charles, Sherrie Ann Krenzke, 66, of St. Charles died Tuesday evening at Mayo Clinic Health System Lake City. Sherrie was born June 24, 1951 in Winona to Frank and Bernice (Leisen) Stark. She graduated from Lewiston-Altura High School in 1969. After high school Sherrie attended Winona Vo-Tech for Cosmetology, graduating in 1971. She and Charles Krenzke were married October 21, 1972 in Altura. They made their home in St. Charles where Sherrie worked as a hairdresser for Grant's Beauty Saloon and at Cutting Edge until retiring in 2016. She enjoyed flower gardening and was a great cook. Survivors include her husband Charles, a son Kyle Krenzke (Angela Crianza) of Rochester, siblings; Patricia (Rick) Plank of Faribault, Debra (Randy) Rusert of Bethany, Randall (Cheryl) Stark of Goodview, Darlene (Gary) Beckers of Altura and Dawn Stark (Al Bartz) of Altura. She was preceded in death by her parents. Private services will be held led by funeral celebrant Dianne Rislow. Burial will be in the spring at Oakwood Cemetery in Utica.
