Robert "Bob" D. Barnewolt

Robert "Bob" D. Barnewolt, 60, of Maquon, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on June 7, 1957, to Harris and Marilyn (Hoffman) Barnewolt. He is survived by his mother; his girlfriend, Lori Johnson; one son, Joel (Kelly) Barnewolt of Brimfield; one brother, Denny Mohn; one sister, Amy Cole; and three grandchildren, Jake, Harrison, and Hudson. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Billy. Bob was a master deer hunter and turkey caller. Along with being an avid outdoorsman, he was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation and HOG member. He was also a TEAMSTER for Local Union #627. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the Yates City Community Center. Cremation rites have been accorded.
