Estelle Nowell Shoemake, 82, of Laurel, died Monday, May 14, 2018 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.
Visitation will be at Memory Chapel on Wednesday, May 16th from 5 until 9 p.m. Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17th at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Jones County. Rev. Eddie Bryant will officiate.
Estelle retired from Ellisville State School as a pharmacy tech. She was a member of Tucker's Crossing Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge P. "Sonny" Shoemake and her parents, Sherman and Lilly Nowell; two brothers, Rod Nowell and Cecil Nowell; and one sister, Ann Miller.
