Rebecca April (Bollman) Owen, 64, of Red Hook, NY and a longtime Sterling, Illinois resident, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Born on April 14, 1954, in Sterling, IL, she was the daughter of Harry E. Webb of Sterling, Il and the late Winifred J. (Tewell) Webb, also of Sterling.

Becky was a retired Administrative Professional who had spent the last year helping to care for her granddaughter. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend. She was also an avid crafter and a great lover of music.

s, Bradley Webb and Mark Webb, both of Rock Falls, Timothy Webb and Matt (Rosalee) Webb, both of Sterling; a dear cousin, Spencer (Julie) Trask of Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Winnie; her husband, Randall L. Bollman; and two brothers, Donald L. Elhoffer and Ivan E. Webb.

The immediate funeral service will be private but a celebration of her life will be held in the Sauk Valley area this summer (date TBD).
