Thomas Gornall

Mr. Thomas E. Gornall, of Columbus, OH, born on October 11, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Marie Gornall (Tudor) and the late Everet Gornall, passed away at age 69 on May 16, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Lakewood High School - Lakewood, OH in 1966. Thomas served in the Navy from 1966 to 1969 in the Vietnam War. In addition, Tom dedicated his career to being a Sr. Safety Specialist until he retired in 2015. Thomas was the loving husband of Jane Gornall (Woods). His brother, Donald Gornall, preceded him in death. His son, Thomas Gornall Jr. (TJ); daughter, Jenny Eagle (Gornall); brothers, George Gornall and Bill Gornall; sister, Harriett Wengert (Gornall); grandchild, Sadie Eagle; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephew and Godsons and Goddaughter, survive Thomas. He also leaves behind his adored cats, Maggie, Donnie and Freddy. Thomas enjoyed softball, baseball, fishing, teaching, football to include: Indianapolis Colts, Ohio State Buckeyes and Denison University along with spending time with family and friends, and going to the movies.
