is time away. Bob returned to Columbus and worked for The Milwaukee Road a total of 19 years until the passenger railroad business declined. In 1968 he joined his brother Don to start StarMold, a plastic injection molding company in Hugo, MN. This business and its successors provided his career for the next 28 years until retirement in 1996 from Plastech Corporation as vice president. Bob cared for Doris until she passed away in 2003. He met Adeline Carey at their church. They married and shared six years together until her passing in 2011. The Forest Hills United Methodist Church provided not only an introduction to Adeline, but many, many friends like the ROMEOs (Retired Old Men Eating Out), good fellowship and many volunteer opportunities. Bob served the church as a senior leader and the church provided him with his retirement life purpose and a strong faith in God. He loved his family and friends more than words can describe.
