Vince D. Bland

Vince D. Bland, 66, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 31, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center.  He was born September 12, 1951 in Waterloo the son of Harley Dean and Mildred Darlene Fidler Bland.   He was a 1970 graduate of Waterloo West High School. Vince worked for the city in many different areas.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Survived by: one daughter, Amity (Kris) Astorp of Minneapolis, MN; one granddaughter, Addison Astorp; one brother, Paul Bland of Manhattan, NY; two sisters, Linda Bland of Waterloo, Laura (Dr. Bryant) Mutchler of Bettendorf.
