Daniel Ray Shupe

Daniel Ray Shupe Sr., age 58, passed away on June 8, 2018, at Mercy West Hospital in West Des Moines, Iowa. Dan was born on May 12, 1960 in Buckeye, Arizona, to Clair and Wanda Shupe. He was the most easy going and fun loving guy you could meet. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. Everybody that knew Dan, felt his great hospitality and everyone Dan met was treated like family. Dan spent several years working in maintenance and painting. He was always happy to grab his tools and lend a hand. Dan will be missed. Survivors include his fiancé, Rachel Edick; mother, Wanda Edwards; siblings, Randy Shupe, Michelle Collier and Angela Stroh; children, Daniel Shupe Jr., Christopher Shupe, Christina Bolton (Mark), Tanya Seely (Alex), Nancy Rothermund (Shane), Tammy Rhodes Thiles and Lester Rhodes; 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren with 1 on the way.
