Martha Jean Click Tucker Preston

Martha Jean Click Tucker Preston, age 91 of Lynchburg, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at her residence. She was born on March 20, 1927 in Decherd, TN to the late Joseph Click and Katie Lou Warren Click. Martha was a member of Brandon's Chapel United Methodist Church and had been employed at Wilson Sporting Goods. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, photography, and most of all she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Preston of Lynchburg; son, Joe (Madeline) Tucker of Tullahoma; daughters, Susan (George) Eckles of Tullahoma, Joyce (Everette David) Underwood of Winchester, Deborah (Steve) Bancroft of Murfreesboro, Kathy (Larry) Boyd of Tullahoma and Janet (Jack) Goldberg of Ocean, New Jersey; stepchildren, Karen Wilder, Don (Gina) Preston and Frank (Chris) Preston , all of Lynchburg; sister, Peggy Walker of Manchester; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Jewel Tucker; daughter, Sharon Johnson; and granddaughter, Lee Ann Sons.
