h her good friend, Harold Nyberg, and dance at the Tender Trap. Marian also had many collections that came from her brother, Verne's store, The Glass Impression, in Grayslake, Illinois. Marian was proud of where she came from and what she had done with her life. Survivors include daughter Sara (Brian) Sink of Danville; grandsons Ryan Sink of West Burlington and Brendon (Becca Whittemore) Sink of Danville; brothers Earl Walker of Romeoville, IL; Robert Walker of Broken Arrow, OK; sisters, Alice Johnson of Marion, IL; Elaine Johnson of Ankeny, Iowa; Virginia Cook of Madison, AL; and Phyllis Shultz of Chester, VA; over 130 nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; stepchildren Richard (Loretta) Palmer; William (Billy) Palmer Jr, all of Burlington; step-grandchildren Chad (Dena) Palmer, Dusty (Lisa) Palmer of Burlington and Amy (Travis) Baker of Ankeny, IA; and five step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, Verne and Loren Walker, sister, Doris Westlake, four nephews and special friend Harold Nyberg. The memorial service for Mrs. Palmer will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7th at Lunning Chapel. Rev. Hannah Ryan will officiate. Inurnment will be at Aspen Grove Cemetery at a later date. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Memorials have been established for Danville Care Center and HCI Hospice.
