Diana Gail Beckman

Diana Gail Beckman, 72, of Sperry, IA died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at her residence. Born October 20, 1945 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Eugene C. and Kathleen M. (Boyle) Beckman. She married Clifford C. Beckman on June 6, 1964 at St. Mary Catholic Church of Dodgeville. Diana graduated with the Mediapolis High School class of 1963. She retired from Ideal Concrete after working as their secretary for many years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Dodgeville and sang in the church choir for many years. She volunteered for Great River Hospice and enjoyed reading in her spare time. She was known as one of the best cherry and rhubarb pie makers around. Diana loved her family and grandkids dearly. Survivors include her husband of fifty four years, Clifford; daughter, Christine (Jeff) Kirby of Sperry; son, Darren (Christy) Beckman of Sherman, IL; six granddaughters, one grandson; sister, Barbara( Gerald) Kreiger of Sperry, IA; brother Stephen (Peggy) Beckman of Aldie, VA; several nieces and nephews.
