Kevin J. Boettinger, age 26, of Toms River died on Thursday, July 12 in Toms River, where he lived for the past 9 years. Born in Orange, he lived in West Orange with his father until he graduated from West Orange High School. He then moved to Toms River, where he attended the Ocean County Vocational and Technical School and studied Auto Mechanics. He was an avid motorcycle fan and enjoyed riding and repairing them. He is survived by father, Thomas Boettinger of Budd Lake; his mother, Cindy Boettinger of Bloomfield; his brothers, Greg, Brian, Shawn and Danny Boettinger; his Toms River family, Martin Gasso and Sharon Mosley and his aunt, Alice Petro; his girlfriend, Fran Torrell; and many close cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Cremation will be private.
