Heather Marie Simpson

Heather M. Simpson, 41, of Waterloo, died Thursday, July 12 at her home. She was born May 10, 1977 in Cedar Falls, daughter of Scott and Denise Loftus Fell. She married Matthew Simpson in 1999, they later divorced. Heather graduated from Columbus High School in 1995. She owned and operated a daycare for eight years. She is survived by: four sons, Brenton (Taylor), Blake, Braxton and Briar; her fiancé Cory Allspach; her father, Scott Fell; her mother and step-father, Denise Loftus and Dave Earle; two sisters, Holly (Nathan) Fell and Heidi (Brenda) Plummer; and a stepbrother, Justin (Niki) Harriman; paternal grandparents, Ron (Skip) Fell; a maternal grandfather, Edward Loftus; and soon to be stepdaughters, Allie, Emily and Jade Allspach. Preceded in death by: a daughter, Brenlynn Simpson; maternal grandmother, Barb Loftus; and step-grandparents, Jack and Greta Earle. Public visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway. Memorials may be directed to the family.
