Adrian Thomas Simpkins

Adrian Thomas Simpkins was born February 16, 1992 to Lee and Brenda Simpkins in Seattle WA. He passed away unexpectedly on July 11, 2018 in Shoreline, WA. Adrian grew up in Shoreline, and went to Syre Elementary, Einstein Middle School, and Shorewood High School. A natural athlete, Adrian picked up sports easily, riding a bike at 3 years old, playing baseball, basketball, and soccer by 5. He loved anything on wheels, spending hours riding his bike, popping wheelies, and creating jumps in the street that neighbors graciously drove around. By the time Adrian got his driver's license, his passion for cars was apparent to all who knew him. He spent many years buying, trading, building and collecting cars. Living life to the fullest was his trademark. He loved snowboarding in the winter, riding motorcycles in the summer. Adrian had a huge, eclectic group of friends - friends he played basketball with, friends who shared his love of cars and drifting, and friends he had gathered over the years by just being a good and constant friend. Adrian will be greatly missed by his parents, Lee and Brenda, sister Allegra, brother Lamar (Shoun) Grandparents, Dale and Beatrice Thomas, his aunts and uncles Robert Simpkins, Lula Bell (WT) Howard, Darci (Gary) Pillette, Alvin (Carmel) Simpkins, Clarence Simpkins, Weady Williams, Rena Williams, Blaik Thomas, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held in his honor on July 22, 2018 at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 18826 3rd Ave. NW, Shoreline, WA 98177 at 1:00PM.
