Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City, NE. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M, with the family present at 6:00 P.M. and a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the funeral home. Nancy was born on January 15, 1954 in Anthon, IA, the daughter of Merle and Lucille (German) White. She graduated from Central High School in Sioux City, IA. Nancy met Jim Lane while they were both working at IBP in Dakota City, NE. They were married on April 10, 1976 in Sioux City, IA, and were blessed with 3 sons and a daughter. Nancy worked various jobs before working for the U.S. Postal Service from 1985 until her retirement in 2016. She loved spending time with her family, playing music, gardening, crocheting, playing bingo and pool. She was also a huge Dodgers baseball and Husker football fan.
