Ruby L. Munsell
Ruby L. Munsell was born March 11, 1919, to Clara and Morris Elfers. She passed away August 24, 2018 at the Nora Springs Care Center.
After graduating from high school, Ruby completed art training by correspondence course. She was a talented artist and worked as an artist for Salisbury Laboratories in Charles City. She married Virgil Munsell in 1954 and together they farmed for many years Southwest of Rockford. After their retirement they lived in Rockford for 20 years before moving to the Nora Springs Care Center.
Ruby was preceded in death by Virgil on January 1, 2018, her parents, an older brother Wayne Elfers, and a younger brother Carl Elfers. She is survived by nieces and nephews.
