Albert Francis Duell, Jr.

Albert Francis Duell, Jr., 88, passed away September 6, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 17, 1930 in Winooski, Vermont to the late Albert Sr. and Florence Duell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Betty. 
Albert and his family came to Florida in 1990 from Davison, Michigan after his retirement where he had been a Foreman for General Motors. He was a member of the Lions Club and Elks Lodge. For fun, Albert enjoyed golf, bingo, playing Texas Hold Em and watching old cowboy movies. 
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, David Duell and his wife Susan of Rotonda West; Keith Duell and his wife Susan of Sarasota; and Jeff Duell of Bradenton; daughter, Cheryl Freeman and her husband Tom of Williston, North Dakota; brother, David Duell of West Branch, Michigan; grandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Stefanie, Ben, Joey, Natalie, Kyle and Alicia; great grand children, Payton, Aidan, Riley, Adalyn, Payton, Adrianna, Giada and Joie. There will be a Memorial Service with Marine Honors to be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10:00 am at Maloney Funeral Home, 2401 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, Florida 34232.
