Donna- Cindy Dillon, 58, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 17th, 2018 in Las Vegas. Cindy had been diagnosed with cancer and seeking treatment in Las Vegas. She lost her battle with cancer, but she is now with the two loves of her life, daughters, Mandy and Savanah.
Most who knew Cindy would remember her by her bubbly, cheerful, and fun-loving personality. She lit up a room and was a joy to be around to her friends. Cindy was a true salesperson, outgoing, confident and hard-working. Cindy worked in real estate and had a natural gift for making people feel important and following up with them and making many lifelong friends.

When Cindy was not working, she enjoyed fishing and gardening. She entered the Texas International Fishing Tournament at South Padre Island for many years. Cindy loved spending time in her garden and caring for her plants, flowers, dragonflies, and butterflies. She even helped her late husband with their farm.

ith Spina Bifida. She was indeed a devoted mother. After Mandy passed, Cindy devoted her time and energy to her mom and siblings. Cindy helped care for her nephews and nieces when her sister became a widow. She cared for her mom and devoted most of her time to make sure mom was well cared for. Cindy was truly a caring, compassionate and loving daughter, sister and mother and she gave all that she had to anyone who was in need.
Cindy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and June Sheldon, paternal grandparents, Homer, and Irma Dillon, father, Lewis "Shorty" Dillon, daughters, Amanda Jean, and Savanah Fellers, husband, Douglas Black, and brother-in-law, Phillip Minns.

She is survived by her mom, Margaret Jeanine Dillon of Donna, brother, Stephen Dillon and his wife, Veronica, of McAllen, sister, Stacy Minns of New Braunfels, nephews, Stephen Dillon and Dillon Minns, nieces, Gabi Dillon, Mary Dillon, and Skylar Minns.
