Gladys L. Hardwick

Gladys L. Hardwick, 84, Parker City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018, at her residence following an extended illness. She was born on Monday, May 28, 1934, in Frankfort, Kentucky, the daughter of Barney and Gladys Willard. Gladys married Elwin L. Hardwick, who preceded her in death. She worked as a matron for the Muncie Community Schools. Gladys enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, and especially loved being with her children and grandchildren. She was also a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Muncie. Gladys is survived by her children, Jim (wife, Kim) Hardwick, Summertown, Tennessee, Patty (husband, Randy) Isenhart, Middletown, Indiana, Bill (wife, Becky) Hardwick, Parker City, Indiana, Jeanie (husband, Larry) Divine, Muncie, Indiana, and Becky Cox, Muncie, Indiana; brother, Herman Willard; sixteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters; and three brothers.
