Cleo LeBelle Miner

Cleo LeBelle Miner, age 75, of Council Bluffs passed away on October 8, 2018. Cleo was born on October 22, 1942 in Ithaca, Nebraska to the late William and Pearl Cozad. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and worked for the Council Bluffs Public Schools for 35 years. She managed the kitchens at Thomas Jefferson and Longfellow schools. Cleo married Harvey E. Miner on March 11, 1961 and spent 44 years together until his passing in 2005. Cleo is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harvey; daughter, Kimberly; brothers, W. Ronald and Gary Cozad; grandchildren, Jazmin and Taylor Nunn. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Greg) Smith, Jody (Dan) McGruder; son, Mark Miner; siblings, Richard (Madge) Cozad and Carol Gallagher, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, the south end neighborhood kids, and her "baby " Woody.
