Funeral Services for Mr. Willie Hugh Hughes, age 92, of Livingston will be conducted 3 p.m., Sunday, October 28, 2018 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Damon Corley will officiate. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens, with Military Honors provided by the Overton County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will welcome friends on Sunday from 11 a.m. until time of services at Speck Funeral Home. Mr. Hughes passed from this life on Wednesday evening, October 24, 2018 in Nashville. He was born in Overton County on December 30, 1925 to the late Charles Hasker & Dorothy Dean Sells Hughes. Willie was a member of the Allons Baptist Church and served his country in the Marines during WWII. He loved his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed deer hunting, turkey hunting and coon hunting with his wife Emogene, his greatest hunting partner.
