Thomas Faulk

Thomas Alvin Faulk Jr. 71 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away October 26, 2018. He was born on January 12, 1947 the son of Thomas Sr. and Martha Faulk. He was a proud member of the Teamsters Union. Thomas was a devoted Christian of Calvary Tabernacle Church. Survivors: wife, Marie T. Faulk, son, Thomas (Lizzy) Faulk III, daughter Nicole (Andy) Shelp, and six grandchildren. Thomas will be lay to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery in the Veterans Field of Valor.[more]
