nation offered the Brunsons an opportunity to go the the Middle East as Academic Dean and professors at the Eastern Mediterranean Nazarene Bible College. However, in December of 2005, following a personal security threat, they were whisked out of Lebanon by the American Embassy. After retirement, Bob and Norma eventually moved to the Il Villagio Missionary Village in Bradenton, Florida. Robert is survived by his wife Norma of 54 years, his daughters Robin Michelle Radziszewski and Sheri Renae Rodney. He will also be missed by 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild who where the joy of his life. His siblings are Ronald Brunson and Nancy Cauthron. He holds degrees from Southern Nazarene University, Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and doctoral studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School Deerfield, Illinois. He was also an artist, whose comics, drawings and especially his carvings have been an inspiration to those around him. Robert, or Bob, as he was known by his friends, will be greatly missed as a man of integrity and compassion, honesty and a simple appreciation of life. We acknowledge that through his faith in the saving power of Christ´s sacrifice, he is standing today, in white garments, gazing into the eyes of his Savior.
