She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Erasmo Casares III; 1 brother, Eugene Perez & 1 sister, Olga Cock. Mrs. Casares is survived by her son, Bobby Casares (Iby) of Weslaco, TX; 1 daughter, Lori Ramirez (Mike) of Weslaco, TX; 1 brother, Juan Perez of San Antonio, TX; 3 sisters, Ruth Briones of Corpus Christi, TX, Olivia Escamilla & Yolanda Soto both of Weslaco, TX. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Mark Marquez (Jessica), Matthew Marquez, Lauryn Marquez, Zachary Casares, Cody Casares, Jacob Casares; step grandchildren, Brandon Ramirez, Joy Ramirez, Caleb Ramirez, Thomas Wilkerson, Noelani Wilkerson, Janai Quintanilla; 2 great-grandchildren, Mia Grace Marquez & Kendra Lee Gaytan.
