f years farming he returned to driving for Schneider Transport. He retired as a Teamster with over three million consecutive miles without incident. In 1989 his wife passed away. While many struggle when this happens, he dove into learning everything about running his household, showing perseverance and courage. Not one to be idle he then drove medical transport in the Antigo area until age 80. He will long be remembered as Antigo's beloved west side crossing guard finally retiring at age 88. The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with Rev. Mathew Simonar officiating. Entombment will take place in Queen of Peace Mausoleum. Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Bradley Funeral Home and 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A parish wake service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
