Born on June 8, 1924 in Mansfield, Missouri, Twyla Nadine was the daughter of Earl and Elsie (Randolph) Wooten. On March 4, 1944 she was united in marriage to Marvin Boell at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lidderdale, Iowa. The couple made their home on an acreage near Lidderdale where Nadine was a devoted homemaker and assisted her husband with their grain and livestock operation. Nadine resided on the farm up until the past 3 ½ years where she was a resident at Sunnybrook of Carroll. She loved to dance, play cards, and always enjoyed a trip to the casino. Nadine was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lidderdale.
Nadine is survived by her children: Sondra Kush and her husband Steve of Omaha, Myron Boell and his wife Linda of Panora, Barbara Cook and her husband Bill of Estes Park, CO, and Joe Boell and his wife Sandy of Carroll; 12 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and her siblings: Charlene (Al) Snyder of Omaha, Jerry (Betty) Wooten of California, and Peggy Walstead; as well as other extended relatives.
Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Marvin in 1990; her daughter, Marion Burke; her granddaughters, Brenda Boell and Kimberly Boell; her grandson, Chris Cook; and her siblings: Doris Vasquez, Tom Wooten, and Lenora Warnke.
