Barbara Sue Bilbrey

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Sue Halcomb Bilbrey, age 71, of Rickman, will be conducted 1 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2019 from the chapel of the Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. James Williams, Bro. Chris Sparkman and Bro. Tommy Harris will officiate. Burial will be in the Eckel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday evening from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Livingston Funeral Home. Mrs. Barbara passed from this life on Monday morning, January 7, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at home. She was born in Letcher County Kentucky on April 22, 1947 to the late Otis and Sarah Jane Osborne Halcomb. Barbara loved her family dearly and enjoyed reading, needle point, and going to church. She was a member of the Zion Hill United Methodist Church.
