Robert Allen Lebaugh

Robert Allen LeBaugh, age 92, of Council Bluffs, passed away January 20, 2019 at Veterans Hospital in Omaha. Allen was born in Council Bluffs on May 11, 1926 to the late Robert Paul LeBaugh and Esther Inez Proctor LeBaugh. Allen proudly served his country in the US Merchant Marines, US Coast Guard, US Army and the Marine Corps. After his military service, Allen worked many years as a painter and paper hanger. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy, wife Margaret; sister, Florence Jeppesen, and granddaughter, Susan LeBaugh. Survivors include sister, Varian Berry; daughter, Jan (Alan) Laney; son, Robert Jr (Denise) LeBaugh; grandchildren, Robin (Scott) Taylor, Wendy (Justin) Newell, Jon (Kellie) LeBaugh, Matt (Cindy) LeBaugh, Andrew (Laura) Beaus; 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and lifelong friend Bill Chapman.
