In 1991 she joined Republic Services at their corporate headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and remained with the Firm until her retirement around 2009. During her retirement years, Loretta enjoyed taking an annual cruise with her longtime companion, Robert, and spending time with her family in South Florida. Remaining to celebrate her life are her daughter, Tracy Bynum Torres (Joe), two grandsons, and five great grandchildren; her companion of 24 years, Robert Hagler; her sister, Carolyn Bennett, nephew Thomas Bennett (Meg), niece Carol Anne Bennett Durham (Bryan), one great-niece, three great-nephews and life-long friends .
