Funeral services for Sadie Nina Schneider, 83, of Dubuque, formerly of Stanwood, Iowa, who died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Ennoble Manor, Dubuque, will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011, 11:00 AM, Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, Iowa with Pastor Paul Frederiksen officiating. Burial will be in Stanwood Cemetery, Stanwood, Iowa. Visitation will be held Friday, March 25, 2011 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Sadie Nina Steele, daughter of Lawrence and Clara Reckward Steele, was born September 16, 1927 in Fayette, Iowa. On September 16, 1944 she was united in marriage to Kerwin "Pete" Schneider in Decorah, Iowa. She was a homemaker and mother for her family and worked as a housekeeper for others. Sadie enjoyed a good game of bingo and spending time with others.
