With his brothers-in-law, niece and nephews, aunts and uncles and many cousins; and friends from all stages of life, David numbered among a large community of loving family and friends. He will be missed dearly by all of them. David is survived by his parents, Dave and Theresa Oakley; four sisters, Katie (Tim Fialcowitz) Oakley, Meghan (Jess) Oakley-Henning, Anna Oakley, and Laura (Alex Cowling) Oakley; a niece, Hannah Fialcowitz; two nephews, Paul Fialcowitz and Charlie Henning; his paternal grandparents, David and Mary Oakley; 10 aunts and uncles: Michael (Virginia) Oakley, Tim (Denise) Oakley, Susan (Vincent) Gauthier, Cathy (Gary) Bunce; Ann Scholz, SSND, Martha Scholz, Chuck (Becky) Scholz, Cathy (Steve) Scholz Meckes, Chris (Monica) Scholz, and Mary (Wake) Scholz Barber; and numerous cousins and friends. David was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Nancy Scholz.
