Funeral Services for Mrs. Frances Elaine Pigg Daniel, age 68, of Monroe will be conducted 2 p.m., Monday, April 1, 2019 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Bobby Gore will officiate. Burial will follow in the Nelson Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 8 p.m., then on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of services, at Livingston Funeral Home. Mrs. Elaine passed from this life on Friday afternoon, March 29, 2019 from the Overton County Health & Rehab. She was born in Smith County on October 13, 1950 to the late Arvin Lance & Thelma Jean Bennett Pigg. She was a 1968 graduate of Livingston Academy and Christian in Faith. Elaine was a hard worker and enjoyed playing bingo. She loved her sons and grandchildren very much and always looked forward to having everyone together. Elaine loved to talk with people and on the phone and was a big jokester and cut up.
