Kevin A. Pettis

Kevin Arness Pettis, born January 22, 1960 as the only son, in Memphis TN to the union of Andrew and Janice D. Pettis to whom preceded him in death. Kevin was a product of Memphis City Schools with many accomplishments to follow suit. Kevin graduated from East High School, May 1978 with honors (National Junior Honor Society and National Honor Society). Kevin's love for sports also flourished as he was involved in Basketball, Ping-pong, Baseball, Football and Skating. Kevin attended the University of Tennessee -Knoxville where he led his team to victory in the Intramural (National Championship for Basket, Kevin admired his idol, ouch Penny Hardaway during his love for basketball. Kevin was an influential worker within the FedEx Corporation. His hard work and dedication was detailed throughout his 35 years within the company as a courier. Kevin resided in Indianapolis, Indiana where he spent his last days approaching the world of retirement. Kevin was a genuine, ambitious, charismatic and interesting individual.
