Graveside Services for Mrs. Jennifer Lee Secord, age 31, of Jackson County and formerly of Overton will be conducted 4 p.m., Friday, May 10, 2019 from the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Gore will officiate. The family will welcome friends at the Graveside. Jennifer passed from this life on Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was born in DeKalb County Tennessee to Timothy Lee Secord, and the late Melissa Faye McClintock Secord. Jennifer was a 2005 graduate of Livingston Academy. She enjoyed music, cooking and art. Her greatest joy were her children. Jennifer leaves behind her daughter, Gracie Hogue of Cookeville, TN; sons, Lyon Hogue, and Zach Hogue both of Cookeville, TN; father, Tim Secord & Stephanie of Gainesboro, TN; brother, Tim Secord, Jr.; sisters, Mari'e Poe Gilpatrick and husband Jonathan of Celina, TN, and Melinda Poe of Murfreesboro, TN; grandparents, Paul & Estelle Secord of Rickman, TN; several Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends. In addition to her mother, Jennifer was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lavenia Ledbetter. Memorial Donations may be made to the family by contacting Speck Funeral Home.[more]
