Richard Leroy Briley, age 94, the son of Percy Leroy Briley and Ruth Clowser, was born April 28, 1925 in Onawa, Iowa. He passed away May 16, 2019 in Omaha, Nebraska. Richard is survived by his daughters: Jacquelyn Briley-Mossman (John) and Kathleen Briley; sisters: Patricia Seieroe, Georgia Hussing, Janice Gierman; brother, Jimmy Weaver; uncle Eddie Clowser; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Percy Briley and Ruth Weaver; wife, Betty L. Briley; son, Stephen R. Briley and infant son, Eric Briley; brother, Robert L. Briley. Graveside service will be 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Nebraska Humane Society. [more]
