Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Martha A. Bruton will be held Saturday, June 1st, at 11 AM from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. The family will welcome friends on Saturday from 9 AM until time of services at 11 AM at Livingston Funeral Home. Mrs. Martha A. Bruton passed from this life on Wednesday morning, May 29, 2019, from the comfort of her own home. She was born in Overton County on March 24, 1945, to Ima Dean Sullivan and the late Louis Brown. She loved her family, spending time with her cats, and was a big supporter of 12 Step Programs and a real friend to Bill W. Martha leaves behind her loving husband Frank Bruton of Livingston; son Sheldon Jerome Tinsley of Livingston; daughter Lisa McKinney of Livingston; mother Ima Dean Sullivan of Cookeville; grandchildren Casey Tinsley and wife Lisa and Alec McKinney; step-granddaughter Abigail Myers; great grandchild Menoah Tinsley; and sister Mary Rose Norris. In addition to her father, Mrs. Martha A. Bruton was preceded in death by her brother Daryl Brown and sister Margaret Jane "Janie" Brown.[more]
