Annie Doris Prochnow

PROCHNOWAnnie Doris Prochnow, much beloved by family and friends, passed away on August 17, 2009 at the age of 71. She was born in Blanco, Texas to Gus and Rosie Triesch. She married the love of her life, Reinhold Prochnow, in 1955 and enjoyed 37 wonderful years together until his death in 1993. After retirement from IRS, she enjoyed playing bridge with family and friends, gambling trips to Louisiana, attending sporting events, and especially cherished time with her grandchildren. Survivors include sisters; Hilda Feller, Mary Gass, Jenny Kohlenberg, Norma Jean Bates, Erna Pfullman, and Leona Penshorn; brother-in-laws; Raymond Gass and Leroy Penshorn: daughters; Mary Prochnow, Shirley Mathews, and Geraldine Breeding; son-in-laws; Earl Mathews and Danny Breeding: grandchildren; Russell Mathews, Megan Breeding, Ryan Breeding, and Jake Breeding; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 19th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Harrell Funeral Home at Hwy 290 W & 100 Heritage Dr. (east of Dripping Springs).
