Lifelong resident, David M. Bryant, Jr., age 85, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009.A local businessman and musician, David was a member of Congress Avenue Baptist Church and of F. & A.M. Onion Creek Lodge.He was preceded in death by his father, David M. Bryant, Sr.; mother, Ollie Mary Bryant; his late wife and mother of his children, Lorine Kuhn Bryant; sisters, Beatrice Weisupt, Estelle Sands, Doris Dawes and brother, Dudley Bryant.Survivors are his wife, Elaine; daughter, Donna Sims; sons, David & John Bryant; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grand children; a niece and a nephew.The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin, TX.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Harrell Funeral Chapel, Austin, TX.
