Kayce Ann Morgan Booth was born on July 28th, 1975 in Mangum, Oklahoma, to Robert and Teri Purcell Morgan. She passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 10, 2007.Attending her first three years of school in Mangum, Oklahoma, she was an accomplished equestrian at an early age winning numerous awards in Mangum Riding Club, 4-H, and later, the Brushy Creek Riding Club. A 1993 graduate of Dripping Springs High School, Kayce was a natural leader who excelled as an Honor Student and Captain of the girls basketball team, which advanced to the Texas State Finals. As the editor of the high school yearbook, she was an accomplished journalist and an active member of the journalism club. Upon graduation from high school, Kayce attended Texas A University from 1993 until 1996. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2000 with a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.Kayce married Grant Booth on June 3, 2000, sharing over six wonderful years of marriage and his enthusiasm for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Booth and grandfather Dee Morgan.She is survived by her husband, Grant Booth; parents, Robert and Teri Morgan; brother, Brad Morgan; niece, Kiera Morgan; grandparents, Irma Morgan, Bob and Joy Spillar Purcell; her husbands parents Bill and Laura Booth; brother and sister in law, Brian and Weslea Wilks; and sister in law Grace Burby; and, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.The family will receive visitors at the First Baptist Church of Dripping Springs on Friday, January 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A memorial service in celebration of Kayces life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Dripping Springs, Texas.
