Sun Prairie -- Lonnie Lee Smith Jr., age 37, departed this life on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at St. Mary's Emergency Center in Sun Prairie.   He was born on April 8, 1973 in Osceola , Arkansas , the son of Loretta M. Walker-Smith and Lonnie Lee Smith Sr.   He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age, where he attended Mount Pisby M.B. Church of Chelford, Arkansas .   He graduated from Memorial High School in Madison .   Lonnie worked for many years as a security officer at East Towne Mall.   He leaves to cherish his loving memories to his father; Lonnie Lee Smith Sr. of East St. Louis , MO , his mother; Loretta M. Smith of Madison, his paternal grandparents; Mrs. Mary Lee Calvin of Osceola, AK, his partner in life of 14 years; Cherie A. rothers-in-law; Raheem Dawson of Chicago, IL and Anthony Dawson of Madison.   He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other loving relatives and friends.   Lonnie was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; James William Walker Sr. and Jessie Lee Thomas, his paternal grandfather; Henry Wilkens and two brothers; Randy C. Smith and Donald D. Smith. Funeral services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Rd. on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend David Smith officiating.   A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 5 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.   Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery .
