-in-law, attempting dare-devil maneuvers on a motorcycle, or driving his car on the frozen Lake Ontario, Adam was eager to explore. He was predeceased by his parents, Ferdinand Kupka-Irski and Maria Kratochwil, and his brother Thaddeus Kupka-Irski. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marie-Madeleine Mary de Clercq Kupka-Irski; his daughter, Vivian Glenn and her husband Barry of Toms River; a grandson, Christopher Glenn whom he adored of Toms River; a sister, Irene Grabowska of Poland; two sisters-in-law, Anna Kupka-Irski of Chicago and Colette de Clercq of Belgium; many nieces, nephews, and the many wonderful people both at The Chelsea of Toms River and at Grace Hospice. Services were private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. The family is requesting that memorial contributions be made in Adam's name to Jersey Shore Animal Center, 185 Brick Boulevard, Brick, NJ 08723.
