Jerry M. Smith of Carlisle passed away Monday, April 18, 2011. He was born August 5, 1974 in Dayton the son of Vester and Janet Smith. He is survived by his parents; girlfriend, Katherine Russell; daughter, Kalie; a brother, Jeff Smith and wife Dana; and nieces and nephews, J.J Smith, Shari Smith, and Shelby Spencer. Funeral service will be Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church (6506 Gillen Lane, Miamisburg, Ohio) Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until time of service at the church.
