Joy V Neal

Joy Vereen (Williams) Neal, daughter of Will and Phyllis Williams, was born on April 18, 1923 in Tipton, Oklahoma. She passed on August 29, 2019 at her home. Joy is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Neal; son, Donny Neal; and her 12 siblings. She is survived and will be missed by daughters: Claudette (Harold) Valentine of Omaha, NE, Patty Griffin of Omaha, NE, Phyllis (Roy) Evans of Maricopa, AZ, Susan Neal of Maricopa, AZ; sons: James (Connie) Neal of Tempe, AZ, and Stephan (Roberta) Neal of Omaha, NE; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; her favorite nieces: Gertrude Jack and Dorothy Partee; life-long friends: Rhodie Value and family, and Pearline Frazier and family; many other relatives and friends.
