Funeral Services for Mrs. Mildred Neal York, age 80, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Jerry Murphy will officiate. Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Livingston Funeral Home. Mrs. Mildred passed from this life on Monday morning, September 30, 2019 from the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Overton County, Tennessee on September 11, 1939 to the late J.P. & Nora Mayberry Neal. Mildred worked as a nurses aid for the Overton County Health & Rehab for many years. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed being with them all the time. Mildred also loved her dog "Little Man". Mildred leaves behind her loving husband, David York of Livingston, TN; caring daughters, Kim York of Cookeville, TN, and Karen Peek & husband Dewain of Livingston, TN; sister, Marie Holman & husband J.D. of Cookeville, TN; brother, Milton Neal of Livingston, TN; also several nieces and nephews.
